Introduction To Honeycomb Zeolite Molecular Sieve
Molecular sieve activated powder is produced by subjecting molecular sieve synthetic raw powder to high-temperature dehydration. During the high-temperature calcination process, the molecular sieve raw powder loses most of its moisture, resulting in excellent dispersibility and rapid adsorption capacity. It exhibits good dispersibility and fast adsorption speed, making it suitable for certain specialized adsorption applications in industry, such as mixing and dispersing with materials for adsorption, or as an amorphous desiccant, among others.
Applications: Used as an amorphous desiccant in hollow glass composite sealant strips; used in polyurethane products (coatings, adhesives, sealants) to prevent foam formation and extend service life; used as an additive or filler in coatings, paints, resins, and certain adhesives to reduce moisture content, eliminate bubbles, improve material uniformity, and enhance strength; used as a selective adsorbent, added to specific polymers or coatings to adsorb gases such as CO₂ and H₂S generated during production.
Packaging: 15 kg cardboard boxes or paper drums lined with PE bags.
